Frequently Asked Questions

  • When is Registration?

    • Typically, registration begin April 1.

  • I missed registration. Is it too late to sign up?

    • Not necessarily. We continue accepting registrations through evaluations as space allows. If a team still has roster openings, registration may remain open until red roster. We encourage families to register as early as possible to ensure placement on a team.

  • How many athletes do you take?

    • Football and cheer teams can roster up to 35 athletes; however, final roster sizes are determined by the Head Coach and program leadership. Team sizes may be adjusted based on the number of qualified coaches and staff available to ensure every athlete receives the attention, instruction, and development opportunities they deserve.

  • What are evaluations?

    • IWV is a developmental program that also values competition and athlete growth. Evaluations help us assess each athlete's skills and place them on the team where they can best develop and succeed. Due to high registration numbers and limited roster spots, evaluations are conducted before final team rosters are finalized.

  • What does my registration pay for?

    • Registration fees help cover the costs of operating our program, including league fees, stadium rentals, referees, field usage, lighting, insurance, and other program expenses. For football athletes, registration also helps cover helmet certification, equipment maintenance and replacement, practice equipment, and season swag. For cheer athletes, registration includes their uniform, practice gear, and shoes. Our goal is to provide every athlete with a safe, organized, and rewarding experience throughout the season.
